The Home Hunter Report is designed for anyone on the house buying journey who is looking for more information on a property.
We think the ideal time to get a report is a few days before you go to a viewing to arm you with extra information, but the report will add value at any stage of your journey.
The objective of the report is simple: provide you with as much public information as possible about the property and area so that you can make an informed decision on whether or not this is the right property for you!
The Home Hunter Reports works on all residential properties in Ireland. All you need to know is the Eircode.
The Home Hunter Report will not work for new builds which have not yet been issued an Eircode for at least 2-3 months.
We use the Eircode that you provide us to tailor the report for exactly what you need.

As an eco-friendly company, we are always trying to reduce the use of paper. So rather than sending a report in the post, we will provide you with a link to a downloadable PDF version of your report. This will be emailed directly to you within 20 minutes of your purchase and, if you choose to print it, your Home Hunter Report will be in a printable format.
Whilst we strive to ensure that all data points are covered in every report, in the rare occasion (<10% of reports) public data may not available for all reporting topics.
This is something that is beyond our control and we are constantly searching for new data sources in order to close these gaps.
