We currently offer over 90% coverage and are constantly working to increase this to 100%. The Home Hunter Report will only work for second-hand properties that are listed for sale and will not work for new builds or properties that are not listed for sale yet or anymore.

This will be emailed directly to you within minutes of your purchase and, if you choose to print it, your Home Hunter Report will be in a printable format.

Home Hunter Report WORKS for over 90% of second-hand properties that are for sale in Ireland. Home Hunter Report DOES NOT WORK work for new build properties as they would not yet be listed on any of the databases we utilise. Home Hunter Report DOES NOT WORK for properties that are not listed for sale.

Whilst we strive to ensure that all data points are covered in every report, in the rare occasion, <5% of reports, public data is not available for all reporting topics. This is something that is beyond our control and we are constantly searching for new data sources in order to close these gaps.

The Home Hunter Report requires that the property is listed for sale in order to run. For that reason, the Home Hunter Report will not work for properties that are not currently listed for sale. In the future, we plan to offer a Sellers Home Report in the future that they can share as part of their own sales brochure but that is not currently available.
